Ghana could have move forward longtime ago if such ideas have long been implemented by our old universities before students start their services.
If white people can sacrifice their burgers and beautiful cities to come and do voluntary works not even our cities that look like farm place to an American living in las Vargas and New York to go and share bed with our villages, drink our filthy waters and poor roads leading to these villages as your guess is mine.
This program need much recommendations. I hope other tertiary universities will fellow that.

UDS should pay the allowances due the students and deliver to them the necessary logistics on the bases on which the program is implemented.
