  It is the duty of government to create a conducive environment for GWC to operate. So mr. minister, go back to cabinet and let them do something about it. Work with your colleagues at interior, lands and mineral resources, the regional minister, asantehene, the police etc. GCW should not be in the business of chasing chain saw operators.
