Less than two weeks ago Nana called for unity of purpose. Everyone within the party must work towards the same goal. If a meeting has been held without inviting afoko and agyapong, if their agenda is to unite the party and win the 2016 elections, then they too should not go and do the same thing to escalate matters. If afoko and agyapong are saying they did not know their actions would lead to this then clearly they are not fit for the office they hold. The question is if afoko and agyapong are working for npp and Nana to win the next election,why would they want them out of the way. Supporting Alan in the past is not the reason for not trusting afoko and co as Wantumi and others too have supported Alan in the past but Wantumi 's deeds and words clearly shows he is working for npp and Nana to succeed that's why he's trusted. Wantumi wants to be successful too but he knows to be successful he needs to sacrifice himself for the party. This would put him in line for the National chairmanship position in future. On the contrary all we hear from agyapong is how he's not going to allow anyone to damage his political career. Like the bible says, to be first you must be prepared to be the last. You have to serve rather than expect to be served. I am sure Wantumi' s quite work is being observed and would be a good example for everyone. The likes of Nana, bawumia, jake, sir John have all shown this graceful character. Sir John in particular I use to think was a clown but sometimes you only appreciate someone when he's not there.

But he has to know the following since he does not understand what is happening other than singing the Music of his Masters: The NPP , as the Grand Old Party of Danquah, Busia and Dombo, has contributed emensely to the Political Development of Ghana, inspite of the mistakes it made like ALL OTHER Political Parties in Ghana including those of CPP, and recently the NDC which misled the people especially in the rural Areas to believe that it is the new CPP. These mistakes BY ALL the Political Parties can ONLY be corrected in the atmosphere of Freedom which is relatively prevailing in Ghana today after the long Culture of Silence created by Rawlings. c) Even in Families there are sometimes misunderstandings and therefore, it is no wonder that such misunderstandings are existing in a big Organization like the NPP which is NOTHING NEW. These things happen in the Political Parties in the Old Democracies in Europe and in America. d) The fact is, Nana Akuffo Addo was voted overwhelmly as the NPP Candidate for the 2016 Presidential Elections, and nothing can change that. e)Therefore as a demonstration of Political Maturity, it is imperative that the whole Party should accept this paramond decision of the Party and rally behind his Candidacy. f) If however, some few people still do not agree with the majority decision of the Party, then they are free to stand as Independent Candidates and present their case to the Ghanaian Electorate in the Election OR even join another Party, if they wish.h) Therefore, all the noises which they are making in Accra is a pure waste of time, because it will not change the minds of the Majority of the Electorate who live in the rural Areas where the Election shall be decided. g) Also Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyepong, should know that even the mere suspecion that they could be involved in the killing of Chairman Mahama should have been enough reason for them to resign from the Positions or request the Party to suspend these Positions until the completion of the Investigations for the sake of the Party.h) In addition to the Investigations which is being conducted by the Party Elders , it is also better that we wait for the Results of the Police Investigation which SHOULD be completed SOON so that the Law can take its course.i)But remember, the decision of the Party Elders should have to be made in the interest of the Party without FEAR OR FAVOUR.It is the interest of the Party
to rally behind Nana Akuffo Addo and not to be swayed by the evil Propaganda of the NDC people.

He must be left to peruse them until such a time that he is ready to publicly deal with Afoko and Agyapong Ina constitutional way. We have a lot of serious issues in the country and NDC is capitalizing on this issue to draw attention from their incompetent rule and castigate Nana, their major obstacle in 2016. It is one of their principles for power and they have stayed religiously true to that principle. What that has done is it has bred an atmosphere of insecurity in this country. The NPP is not going to begin to contribute to the entrenchment of that kind of atmosphere in our collective democracy if allegedly some so-called perceived Alan faction was behind the throwing of acid in the party, which resulted in the death of one of the regional chairman of the party. Was that showing leadership by this alleged acid throwing incident? Please, let us ensure a higher standard of conduct in our politics and our democracy.
Ghanaians and the NPP value life far more importantly and would choose the path of the protection of life as opposed to power and if that is not leadership, then so be it.
Akufo Addo has said NOBODY SHOULD DIE ON HIS ACCOUNT TO BE PRESIDENT, NOBODY and if that is not showing leadership then maybe, just maybe you don't belong to the NPP tradition but the NDC party, which kills and murders including past Presidents and constitutionally elected Presidents for power.
Akufo Addo has shown leadership and consistently shown the right kind of leadership vested in him as a true mandate of the masses.

Alan should emulate Spio Gabrah of the NDC,who is licking his wound and nurturing his political future after losing the leadership bit to John Mahama. Who will vote for Alan, who was handpicked and groomed by Kuffour over and above well qualified old members of NPP? The so called and purported Ashanti hegemony for 2008, 2012 and 2016 all failed. The 2020 has also already failed. It should be discarded and abandoned for good for the party to progress. No repetition of Paa Willie-Victor Owusu partition of the UP in 1979. Instead, Alan should learn nurturing his political career and future role in the party by supporting whoever is chosen for 2016 and 2020 because he has failed already judging from what is happening in the party today and the involvement of his associates. Alan has not disassociated himself from the 2020 project neither has he suggested any solutions to the ongoing saga in the party that he wants to lead come 2020. Again, my advise to Alan is, emulate or copy what Spio Gabrah is doing for NDC. Alan,your advisors are ill-advising you. You are not the best candidate to lead and unite the party for the 2020 election. There are many more qualified potential candidates from the other ethnic groups of the Danquah-Busia-Dombo block. Alan should know by now the reasons why he always loses against Nana Akuffo Addo. If Nana retires tomorrow from leading NPP, my bet is, Alan will still lose to whoever he contests the party leadership with.

There are so many unwanted and unappreciative distractions going on within NPP that if not corrected now by flexing your leadership muscles and put things at where they belong, the consequence would be that you might lose again for the third time. I do not expect that for you, I support your candidacy and will pray for you to win the 2016 Presidential election and become my President.
Lastly, please start campaigning now and don't procrastinate because I believe the earlier you make voters become aware of the many promises Mahama made and failed to keep them and pinpoint the many shortcomings and confusing way Mahama has governed the country the better it would be for you. Nana, you have the materials and the ammunition at your finger tips to use to attack and discredit the effectiveness of President Mahama and his administration. It is very unfortunate and appalling to hearing him make such infantile utterances.He speaks as if he has never been a member of the NPP , though one time General Secretary of the NPP.

Let me remind Ohene Ntow, his ilk, cohorts and henchmen, that the NPP has structures laid out for the running of the Party. If the structures are not working, certainly, the blame should be directed squarely to the National Chairman and Secretary. They are totally responsible for the day to day running the Party.

It is absolutely ridiculous, stupid, nonsensical at the highest order to make an irresponsible and irrelevant statement questioning the leadership qualities of Nana Akufo-Addo.

Indeed, if such infantile utterances had been made by someone else, that person could be pardoned for his or her ignorance. But for a person, no less a person than Nana Ohene Ntow, who should know better, but decided for the sake of bootlicking, selfishness, greed and averse and parochial interests, have stooped so low to make such utterances to please his frustrated booses.

Let me remind Ohene Ntow that, no one can shade blood of an innocent person so freely in a most callous and cruel manner like the case of Adam Mahama, the Upper East Regional Chairman of the NPP and go free. Yes, one may use money to buy your way out but with God, money or materials can not change hands.
Let me again emphasis here that all those who have hands in the murder of Adam Mahama will surely be most appropriately be rewarded abundantly here on earth and the hereafter, Inshallah.
