At least this is an opportunity to show his leadership quantities. Which brings me to a point I have hear iased in connection with the Adams Mahama murder.

Why should the murder if a regional chairman of a party have GALVANISED the entire rented media of the NDC into action with so much overkill, and so READILY at that?

Does it not suggest that they were PRIMED FOR IT?

It is true that Afoko's brother has been mentioned in compromising circumstances in connection with the murder. But isn't human motivation extremely complex?

Is it not possible for someone to suborn one's own brother to take an action that would put one in an embarrassing position?

"Do it! We are in power1 We can get you off! Meanwhile, here is plenty plenty money!"

The NDC communications apparatus doth protest too much! How I wish we had the expert investigators who would go beyond the superficial aspects of the matter, examine who has the motive to be an accessory after the fact, and catch the real murderers.

Meanwhile, when the Al-Hajj, The Catalyst, Ablakwah and others become cheerleaders in an agenda to destroy the NPP, then we should know that there is more to it than meets the eyes. But as Politician points out, suppose someone hostile to the NPP put the idea into the Afoko brother's head?

I am falling in with the idea that this may be the true scenario because of the unprecedented manner in which the NDC "rented press" (thank you, Martin Amidu, for that apt description!) has hungrily seized upon the murder -- even before the trial -- to try and tarnish the entire NPP, not leaving out its flag-bearer, with its noisome implications.

Almost all the usual suspects have opened fire with full flames. And now the Al-Hajj has joined in (presumably after getting its share of the "agenda money" voted for the purpose). Ben Ephson, Kwesi Pratt, Collins Essamuah -- they are all in.

Who is paying the money? These are guys who don't work for free? (Ask Amidu again!) Anyone interested in getting to the bottom of the murder needs to ask questions. Especially this: how can a horrifying murder be so quickly turned into an instrument of propaganda, when the full facts are yet to be dug out?

How can the internal divisions of a party become the means of a propaganda offensive by a party in power against the opposition? Isn't it the opposition whose function is to harry the Government of the day?
I say, something strange -- and rotten -- is happening in the state of Ghana!

Suppose Akufo Addo had been in the country when the murder occurred, what would they have done? I bet they would have asked the police to arrest him on suspicion! The agenda is plain for all to see, and those NPP opportunists who are falling into line with the machinations of the propagandists -- Arthur Kennedy and the rest -- will realise what naive mugs they have been when the full facts finally emerge.

If it is too good to be true, then it cannot be true. This murder is too convenient to the NDC, inasmuch as it diverts attention from weeks of people focussing on the Dumsor celebrity Demos.

MOTIVE! MOTIVE!! MOTIVE!!

That is one of the main things the police ought to be zeroing in on.
