It behoves one, to see how everyone in any position of Power in Ghana wants to be address as Dr.

The country's love for these so called Doctors is one of the major causes if inefficiencies in almost all of our institutions. All too often what you see is that we put title holder ahead of those who really have the experience and know-how.

Are we surprised most of our leaders will not know how to lead these institutions? Are you also surprised that our economy is the wat it is now?
