Apau is fair. I don't know if he has changed. I have been to his court room many times when he was a magistrate in Sekondi in the 80's and 90's. But he is a wee smoker. He used to smoke wee outside the city council building close to the railway line. Why is he being appointed to the Supreme Court? Has any of the judges died? I doubt whether Apau will uphold the rule of law. After all he is appointed by a president who comes from a political party that has no respect for the rule of law.
