As a Ghanaian, I strongly agree to the possibility of Parliament planning on moving our capital as the plains of Accra will one day bring the government to its knees with these acts of God that are unpredictable. Our leaders spend a lot of time planning on how to waste our resources, its time for them to think of how to beautify the land (Ghana) that gives us our daily bread.

Again move to meet the experts in the Survey department for advise on the topography of your city; information from them will educate you on the direction and flow of run offs. Mind you the real thinkers in the Hydrology would tell you the energy that these volumes of run offs carry in their various direction. Lastly, sit your engineers down and teach them to design appropriate drainage system for your city. Honourable, I personally advise you to encourage rain harvesting in all premises; this will reduce the volumes of run offs in drains. Uncle act wisely

Ghana as a country is like a rich man who disgracefully cannot provide clothing, safety, and better standard of living for his children. How can we be rejected by our Governments in the midst of Gold, Bauxite, Manganese, Aluminium, Oil and Gas? This is unacceptable and disgusting, appalling, disgraceful, deplorable ,awful, and frightful, to say the least .The people in government should be ashamed of themselves. Ghanaians deserve humane and better living standard, as compared to the nasty treatment receiving from their government. Gov't should stop treating Ghanaians like half-humans. We deserve the same development and the infrastructures we see in countries like South Korea, Ethiopia and others, enjoying now. These countries were not developed few years ago, but their gov'ts found that "wisdom" anyway, and they have since beautified their nations. Please Ghana, stand up, awake from thy slumber, and arise from your sleep and demand better care and modern infrastructure from your corrupted leaders. How I wish the FBI can poke its nose on Ghanaian leaders as they are doing to Corrupt FIFA leadership. Shame and shame and Shame!!!
