In a case like this, the government can not stop and if they refuse to allow me, then will go to the court to make sure the government takes care of her.

I heard of a case in the US where the adoptive mother put this young boy (apparently adopted) back on the plane to Russia because he had a notorious behaviour of throwing tantrums and misbehaving. That action called for a drastic review of adoptions in Russia as the latter did not take the issue light.

I'm sure something has gone drastically wrong to warrant that.

Most adoptive parents in the US are Christians and following the commands of Jesus to take care of the orphans. We adopted two beautiful Ghanaian children two years ago and they are such blessings. We plan on returning to Ghana next year so they can visit with distant relatives. I am also opening a medical clinic outside of Accra. All adoptive parents consider the people of they're children's country family now. We love Ghana and all the people in Ghana. May the Lord bless each and every one.

Image a child bears a man's name since birth and the man files for a visa for the child to join him in the U.S. and when the DNA requested by the embassy did not match father's. What does the man do in this case? This is a situation where the man is compelled to legally adopt the child. Although the woman has deceived the man, to save the woman and the child from embarrassment he adopts the child. This happens all the time when, may be, an unmarried man is vacationing in Ghana or some where and falls in love with a woman who has another man but did not disclose to man.
