What you say can be said about Ghana and its component societies. Greed, corruption, and ostentatious living are all national maladies, not exclusive to the north or northeners.
Haruna what you talked about was necessary but, roads are the most important areas to tackle.
If the areas are not motorable, how can NGO or the business entities go there to help?
