    Not just about the camera. You can clearly see that hes taking the pictures as its raining and hes also thinking of hes safety as well,hence he wont be able to get the accurate pictures you desire

    The location of Accra and its surrounding topography makes it suitable for better than average rainfall. Within that context, I see a lot more rain in the foothills of the Aburi mountains.
