Buildings at wrong places, so where do you want the rain water to pass. It has no where therefore it has to come on the surface of the land. Ghana now, it's a disgrace b'cos common sense is even no longer common.
All everyone thinks is the self attitude and get rich quick and ignoring what needs to be down to enable our beautiful country to enjoy its benefit.
Mr President, the ball is your court now. Please intervene and provide the necessary funding to enable the speedy works in the affected area. And all the dear lost ones to be given a decent burial and to disinfect the place to avoid a break-up of any disease due to the rain water.
All buidings blocking water ways must be pulled down. All gutters must be cleared.
The law must work please people.

For Akosombo dam to fill, the rainfall has to be heavy all the way up north where the tributaries are filled, so that they will in turn flow into the Volta River. That is what will sustain the dam.

However, Insanity prevails in Ghana. This has been going on for generations, Nothing has been done. How do we expect different results when we have done nothing for so many years. And we should stop blaming this on people who clog the drainage system. Build bigger drainage system to accommodate what you see as the problem. The behavior of the people in government and the acceptance by the citizens is inexcusable. People should demand more from those they vote into power and that is the only way change will happen.
