  It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement in recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??

  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

Pestilence after pestilence will befall us until we stand up and do God's will by removing with blood this idiotic govt.People dying horrible deaths just because of corruption . They buy below standard firefighting equipment from America which cant do the job just because someone wanted to chop money , ambulances that have below standard equipment and can do the job right , sewage and drainage systems that dont exist or function due to the fact that some needed to chop money and the list is endless. When things go bad and people begin to die nobody is accountable or can be held responsible . My people arise and remove this fool govt from there quick

  People of Ghana, Dangerous politicians like Amasa Namoale who have no idea that democracy involves divergent views, but all aimed at one goal; making Ghana better must not be entertain in our country's politics. Amasa Namoale does not know this because he doesn't think about Ghana. For him, it is all about SELFISH AMBITION. Hence, his unpatriotic comments on issues bothering on Wayome and his incessant perpetuation of tribal discrimination. I know the people of La dadekotopon electoral area can do better. The people of La in General have offered one of the best politicians Ghana has ever had in the person of PETER ALA ADJETEY, and I believe they can do it again. Amasa Namoale is far below the standard one expect from a politician from La. I therefore appeal to the people of La dadekotopon to kick this sub-standard parliamentarian out, come 2016, and give us someone who will reflect what they stand for and believe in.   It takes sheer NPP nerve to blame property damages and death caused by ongoing floods on current government. It also takes cynics in opposition parties to know there are enough dumb people to believe that current government is to be blamed because the NPP and critics say so.
  But it does not take imagination but outright stupidity for card carrying NPP members of parliament to blame someone when it is their responsibility as members of parliament who authorized and approved of loans to ensure and or guarantee that such monies are used for intended purposes. To blame government for cheap and short term political advantage it is undeniable the government has not done drainage work since 2012 is desperation at its political worst.

Haven`t you heard about "Palm Islands?"Heavy rains from above always cause flooding that is why a good drainage system is needed.But the Black man will start demolishing houses.Nothing of that sort happens in a civilized country.We have overflooding here in Germany too but no house is demolished.The drainage system is then modernized.Let us learn from people with better brains.Pulling down houses will never solve this problem.
