They engage in seasonal migration to save their species. I have seen and observed human like things in Accra, that don't act like the most minimal intelligent human should. This isn't surprising, the way we Ghanaians jaywalk in heavy traffic, walk in the same direction as moving traffic and dare you to hit them is simply amazing. I sincerely believe that only half or less than half the brain of a Ghanaian functions at full capacity. Even the most seemingly highly intelligent class act so dumb, there is just no hope in sight.

We now reaping the results of our failure to plan.
Please go back to the drawing board and start proper town planning to avoid future re-occurrence or else next time a whole town will be in shambles and “had we know” will be the thing of the past with lost of lives and resources.

The communication Director of Water company in Accra mr martey should note that, this is not the proper way of informing residents along the dam area to evacuate immidiately to saveguard lives and property, fair enough,There are other important things you would have to do,and that is to employ the services of the police, the fire service,The Red cross and other stake holders like the NADMO to ensure that, any live is not lost.Posterity will not leave you guiltless if adequate measures are not taken before the spill takes place at midnight.Informing the BNI alnone is not adequate, since lives of human beings are paramount important and I urge you to take the benefit of the doubt to save lives and property to the bearest minimum.
