Where has been the leadership expected to fix the perennial emphasis on perennial flooding situation as a result of the absence of a drainage system which can meet the rapid urbanization of Accra, which the John Mahama NDC gov't contracted a loan of close to $1billion dollars?
Where is the drainage system and where is the loan which taxpaying Ghanaians would invariably pay when the loan matures?
Ghanaians are saying enough is enough. Its interesting to note that any time political leaders are held accountable for their failures or mistakes they are the first to link it to failures of successive government. I think a party is voted into power because the electorates see them as having the capacity to solve our problems not to remind us of our history. A government comes into power knowing very well the problem and the history of events associated with it. So why all these reminders. Failures to resolved the problem resides in selfishness, greedy and not adhering to experts advise. All that we demand from our leaders.... do your best as much as possible, do not ignore the problem. Do not narrate the history of events Mr Mister of Environment. Currently look at illegal mining and its impact on water bodies in the country. I know you have the history of the cause at your finger tips but the solution to the problem.
