  purely Devillish act,what has in mind to use a SHARP RAZOR BLADE on a human after coming right from the Police stn.Kwasi,such irresponsible behavior have resulted in the deaths of thousands of the youth in Ksi tro what they call "Dua Bo" or Ritual "curses". What sort of ANGER and err is this? I know her NOT,BUT SUCH ANGER ALWAYS BREEDS DEATH.

  To answer your question, it is an old loop hole or TRICK in the law. Once I report you to the police, YOU are under surveillance!!! So your actions get noticed, not what I or you did BEFORE that.
