Failure they will continue with this barbaric actions. Under no circumstance should a disabled person been deprived of his/her right boarding an airplane, bus, or any form of public transportation.This is thing of the past and no civilized manager or board will ever do this in this modern age.

Watch when VVIPs are arriving, the gang way is carpeted not for decoration but that the passenger will not slip and fall. Am just wondering if a disabled "president" is arriving lets say in KIA, is the gang way specially outfitted to accommodate him?Ports authorities, please wake up before someone sues you again.

What you have failed to address is that the wheelchair can always be folded and more so the wheelchair bound passenger does not need to sit in the wheelchair on the aircraft. Every planning is primitively thought and done with people full of corruption and self ego that they have no any respect to others rights and regards to responsibilities.

The association for Ghana disables and the Bar Association should support the victim to sue the airlines as a lesson for other airlines and institutions.

As an Aviation Person I can't believe that any airport or civil aviation will allow any airline to do this without prior notice to other airlines that a particular airline is not certified to carry wheelchair bound passengers.
Why allow them to operate in the first place if they don't cannot carry disabled people?

The airline was NOT licensed to carry wheelchair bound passengers. I presume it was not licensed to carry bed-bound passengers too. And probably the aircraft's luggage compartment is the type that can carry coffins too.
