It's a disgrace to Ghana that our whole Civil Aviation Authority has to be dragged to court to comply with this provision for the disabled.

The airline was NOT licensed to carry wheelchair bound passengers. I presume it was not licensed to carry bed-bound passengers too. And probably the aircraft's luggage compartment is the type that can carry coffins too.

The description of the person was incorrect. She is a person with disability AND NOT disabled person. The whole body is not disabled.
In the USA,physically disabled are boarded before anybody on the flight.
Ghana is not USA.Most of the planes used for domestic flights in Ghana are very old and not adapted to take the disabled on board.
