  Now, should prices go up in the near future, they cannot blame it on government apparatus any longer, hence their cry.

  I endorse the write up however ISODEC should also appreciate the fact that politics is Big Time Business and the players therein seek to satisfy their interests/investments. The IFIs reckon this as it's obviously a Western Culture and exploit it as international Business/Market.This is the vicious cycle we find ourselves. We need a NEW GHANAIAN/AFRICAN POLITICIAN WITH THE ORIGIONAL LOVING GHANAIAN/AFRICAN QUALITIES. After all the political education we receive has been for the Sub-Sahara African to be Subservient to the West. ISODEC should show the way-out then.
