So , my question is, where is Nana Akanfuo Binaddo Buhari?   WATCH OUT KUMASI MAYOR THE SUBIN CAN FLOOD IF THERE IS HEAVY DOWNPOUR LIKE WHAT HAPPENED IN ACCRA. MAKE SURE THE DRAINS ARE NOT CHOKED BY DEBRIS,CLEAN THE SUBIN OF MOSQUITOES.
