  If u allow it then u are the biggest f-o-o-l. Ghana is almost 60 years yet nothing has changed because those who have mismanaged our resources are not foreignerd. There is no landmark development yet we keep making noise about what we should or shouldn't do. Where in the world do parties use bank loans as campaign funds? That is the beginning of loot and share. The loan remains unpaid because they failed to win power. Our money would have been used to pay such spurious loans. Ghana is dead long time. Lets prepare to bury it and all go abroad. At best majority will be refugees. We have been relying on one major source of electricity for five decades but we have all realized its a blunder but we MUST chop off president Mahama's heard. All of us(Ghanaians) are FOOLS indeed. We deserve what we have. We work for our pockets from government position of authority.

  My concern is that, this is the govt's way of getting around IMF borrowing restrictions. I'd be surprised if even 30% of the loan is actually used for the inpmprovement of the airport

  My God! An airport terminal costing that much to build?
  This is a way for the company to freeze the government completely out of any revenue. This is daylight robbery pure and simple.

  Such unbridled corruption which has perpetuated poverty in all African countries under the guise of "ballot-box democracy" makes military rule the best for the continent.

  This huge amount can build a complete new airport. Why using such huge amount for only a third terminal. This is ridiculous.

  Ethiopia is building 3 new airports, cost=64.5 Million dollars. Ghana is is building an airport terminal, cost =230 million dollars. What is wrong with this picture? When will you our so called leaders be truthful and faithful to us the masses of this country for once? CORRUPTION has seeped into the very DNA of our leaders, they cannot be truthful even if that will save their lives.
  
  If only you our leaders will stop stealing, we could accomplish all these infrastructure deficit you talk about.
