  This is how they call disaster upon themselves. The arrival of school of fish berthing in those areas is a good news, but the government must see to it that the right thing is done before they mess up that place as well for all. In Ghana people start putting up structures and setting up businesses before the the environmental and town planning come lecturing. Something that is clearly opposite in the western or advanced world.
