    Yes I think for once I will say this sensible and basic thing to do when this happens.

    1. Obviously if the bodies couldn't be identified, DNA would have to be performed, did this need a government directive?

    2. Whether 152 or 200 people died does not lessen the fact that people lost their lives in a tragedy ...

    hmmm, when this man gives directives, you have to take it with a pinch of salt...for all you know all the hospitals are not even aware or do not even have the materials to do the job...:-)
