  I am at a loss to figure out why someone like Eric Amoateng,the fmr NPP MP , is still being 'hounded' in the courts.

  Citizens who are victims of crime should have the Right to pursue criminal cases at their own cost. The AG's office has time and time again been used to curtail cases. The AG's office cannot be a player an a referee by deciding which case have merit and which ones don't have merit. Once the police press charges, then the victim should be given the right to pursue the case at his or her own cost if they AG thinks its not worth their time to pursue the case. I have been a victim of this AG trick before so I know what I am talking about. There should be checks and balances in the legal system.

  And for me, all the actors are to blame- Judge; The Prosecution Team[ made up of Police ,Investigators, State Attorneys]; Defense Attorneys and of course, the 'envelope-passers',[ the "fixers"], who play a catalytic role,in all that goes on in our courts!
