When will this government stand up to its responsibilities. Bird flu in Ghana and there is no active mobilisation by the government to inform the public!!!

Ghana can't enforce half of the regulations as described by the WHO and EU.
first; kill all birds that have been in contact or possible direct or indirect contact with the sick birds in a radius of 3 KM.
