  This preventable accident could have been avoided if only the police had done their job. Ghana police do not understand prevention. They only understand 2 Cedis. If you ply on the N.1 express way you will agree with me as to how many trucks are left unattended to while the Police look on as if that is normal. My condolence to those who lost dear ones.
