It's the unreal behavior of some, not all, African diasporeans who return to the continent and engage in politics.

These are guys who have lived and experienced the democratic process-the grass root organization, campaign, get out the votes on election day, and then the victory and concession speeches, the whole nine yards.
And, if one's party wins, the writing, shaping , directing and shepherding of public policies, which is what winning an election is all about, anyway.
Now, with all this background why do they flame out like that when they get back to the conticontinent?

If these guys, and for political
correctness gals, fail what then is the experience factor so touted about by diasporeans?
Or maybe, and I hate to say this for it goes against every fiber of my being, is it in the water?

See, I don't know this guy-different social and professional class I suppose- but I think he lived in NJ, and, may be wrong on this but think I know his mom. Great family.
But everytime I see him on these pages I cringe and wonder what might have happened to him with all the presumed discipline acquired at the Stateside.
