It's the unreal behavior of some, not all, African diasporeans who return to the continent and engage in politics.
These are guys who have lived and experienced the democratic process-the grass root organization, campaign, get out the votes on election day, and then the victory and concession speeches, the whole nine yards.
And, if one's party wins, the writing, shaping , directing and shepherding of public policies, which is what winning an election is all about, anyway.
Now, with all this background why do they flame out like that when they get back to the conticontinent?

correctness gals, fail what then is the experience factor so touted about by diasporeans?
