  How can this guy claim that the regulatory authorities are performing their statutory functions well? We all on Ghana know that these authority's are only existent in their names only. They are either incompetent or take bribes an close their eyes and give the permits to the OMCS. The OMC are mushrooming everywhere since The present NDC came to power. CORRUPTION AND GREED IS KILLING THIS COUNTRY.
