I have never seriously done any research to find out what "Justice For All" really means but have picked up ideas in bits and pieces from some news items to presume it is a program that provides for the release of die-hard criminals from prison before their full terms are over. If this presumption is correct then may I ask who proposed such a program and why has the government bought into it?
