  This is what happens when a country and successive governments are lazy to the point of encouraging a buy and sell mentality.
  
  Stop IMPORTING. Put the foundations down to produce goods in Ghana and impose heavy penalties/taxes for those that continue to import goods over a certain amount.
  
  It sounds harsh but steps must be taken now to stop with this short term mentality in Ghana.
