  Please,Inusah,check your records well,there were at least two major repair works on the Motorway,first during the Rawlings regime which covered the entire stretch of road and another one during the Kufour regime which also covered a large part of the road,I believe you were born then.
  
  Many of us remember how former President Rawlings confronted the contractor working on the road that time asking him if that was the way they construct roads in his country,it is very shocking to hear a minister saying no major repair works were done on the road since it's construction when that of Kufour was carried out when I believe this minister was still a member of Parliament or at least in Accra.
  
  I hope you were not deliberately twisting these facts which is known to most Ghanaians.

  The decline in our educational system and ability to think as intelligent species is directly proportional to the extent to which we have allowed the Twi-language to take over every facet of our lives. It is a shame it is a pity and we may never be able to fix it, because 20 years of Rawlings has become a genetic disorder. I mean listen to Ghana Radio, Catch a glimpse of Ghana TV, and just roll your car window down, and if you do not wind up with a migraine, you already sick.
  
  This is not a typo, this clown of a Twi-speaking journalist thought they heard the word somewhere and forced the issue. I don't for a moment believe that they even know the actual meaning of the word, except that it is a BIG WORD for "said that" - Intimated - imply as a possibility.
  
  Anyway life goes on in Accra like on National Geographic.
  
  Now to the real issue and business of the people. How the hell are you going to reconstruct Nkrumah Motorway, without controlling the animals who flange the motorway, and are hell bent on turning it into a village path? How the hell are you going to construct underpasses and overheads, and not expect these bush jungle dwellers not to turn it into a market place. A lawless and deviant people. Only God can fix Ghana the way it is and headed.
  
  We are all animals, and the only way to transform out society is to build military style barriers to protect every single infrastructure we erect. Tema Motorway must be reconstructed with 10 foot fences on both sides, and a 6 foot median topped with an electric security system. Tema roundabout should be demolished and made a thoroughfare, exit ramps and spaghetti style interchanges to Prampram/Ho - Tema - Ashiaman and the other 2 diversions is our only chance and real use of the tax payers money. Any other smart ass village professor idea won't work. Another thing ban any local tro-tros from plying that route, ban 3 and 4 wheel cargo carts or mini wagons travelling at 35 and 45 mph on that highway. Last but not least, station a Greater Accra Highway Patrol Team every quarter of a mile to control chimps behind wheels.

  We were told some years ago that it was going to be rebuilt with an increase in the number of lanes. It wasn;t done. Why should we trust you this time? Are you playing on our short memory?
