I predicted this was exactly what was going to happen. Dismantling the witches camp is not the solution to the problem. You have to educate the people about the sources of the problems they believe are caused by witchcraft. By disbanding the witches camp but not eliminating witchcraft beliefs, these women are going to be accused of witchcraft and attacked again each time another problem emerges in the community. When will people in government in Accra ever learn? You sit in Accra and without ever making a visit to the the witches camps or the communities affected, or without making an in-depth study of the problem, you make a decision to disband the witch camp which is actually a haven or sanctuary for those fleeing accusation and attacks in the name of witchcraft! Today it is teasing and name-calling; tomorrow, it may be murder. Wait till there is a deadly attack against any of these women.

Bible history does show that idolatry can change the attitude of God towards a people. So if people engage in witchcraft, necromancy, and other such occult practises it will block the blessing that God would like to give.

Obviously, these women heven't been kicked out for such reasons. They are blamed for misfortune, but the grounds are far from logical. "ONONO" said it all. And I add: Kicking out the fetish priests, freeing their alter slaves and accepting Jesus as the source of your good fortune is the only effective way of opening heavens highway of blessings.
