Yes there have been development along with problems. You have caused some of the problems. Judge yourself first and stop fooling yourself (even if you do not like the NDC) that the NDC is lies ridden.

All they do is take somebody's ideas or initiatives and rename or rebrand and end up messing it up. Examples abound - NHIS, NYEP, Jubilee house, Nana Addo's Northern Development Fund and Free SHS.

The above is what he did with all those qualifications. What have you done with yours? Typical NPP nonsense - fear of the truth that whether they like it or not, NDC has good and qualified people to tap and to use. Jealousy will not take us anywhere!!

Thank you for working hard for mother Ghana; those staying back in the organisation who think they engineered your departure would not also be there forever. Let the NPP charlatans who never see anything good in the PNDC/NDC go to hell. The NHIS as we speak today under just 7years of the Mahama-led NDC gov't with Sly Mensah at the NHIA has collapsed.
The healthcare delivery system and situation in the country under the Mahama-led NDC gov't is akin to a gas chamber during Nazi Germany, where Ghanaians go to our hospitals to die instead of receiving quality healthcare, because the Mahama NDC gov't finds it prudent to loot the NHIS funds as opposed to making sure that service providers are paid and on time.
Thinking as a function of governance and policy formulation is totally and completely absent and non-existent, necessitating NDC manifesto promises such as a one-time insurance premium for the financing of the NHIS.
As a Ghanaian I don't care whether Sly Mensah was relieved or resigned, since it is obvious to every Ghanaian that, the healthcare system in this country has collapsed, the NHIS has collapsed, cash and carry is back, and in any serious jurisdiction, Sly Mensah would not have been anywhere near the NHIS.
This is a character who instead of concentrating on his job at the NHIS was writing books about NDC succession planning, an apology of administrative governance and failed leadership and public administration in this country.
