The requirement that 60% of all Govt Ministers be from Parliamentshould be amended, period. otherwise all the shortest path to Ministerial appointment will continue to be through Parliament and all these School boys and girls with no grounding whatsoever in actual life, will continue to foisted on Ghanaians, be they from NDC or NPP. Allotey Jacobs for once is right. The assumption that once an elected MP, then qualified for Ministerial position is woefully flawed.
