STEALING IS NOT GOOD AND SINCE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, THE GUY HAS TO BE PURNISED BUT IS IT NOT THE SAME COUNTRY THAT SOME ONE HAS EMBASLLED MILLIONS OF STATE MONEY AND STILL RIDING THEIR PORSE CARS ?
