  NOBODY CAN ENTER WAEC AND STEAL EXAM PAPERS WITHOUT AN INSIDER. THEY ARE MORE THAN CORRUPT. IT IS A SEASONAL AFFAIR FOER THEM TO MARKET THEIR WARES. JUST LIKE THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION THAT ASK FOR EVEN TOILET PAPERS, ROPES, ERASERS, FUEL COUPONS ETC FOR ELECTORAL PURPOSES AND LATER SELL THEM. INSTEAD OF FIVE OR MORE STAFF AT POLLING CENTRES, DISTRICT OFFICERS ASSIGN THREE AND POCKET THE REST OF THE MONEY.

  How far in advance are the printers notified of the exam questions?
  How many alternative set of questions are there to "foil" widespread leakage?

  This problem has been there for such a long time(I will talk about my era, 1984) If they still haven't found a way of preventing it, then they must be held responsible. They have no excuse.

  How can you organize a an exams with such loopholes in security? It shows that there was no deep thinking when matters of security were being discussed in WAEC boardrooms. Its obvious. Because if it was only a mole who leaked ...

  How can you organize a an exams with such loopholes in security? It shows that there was no deep thinking when matters of security were being discussed in WAEC boardrooms. Its obvious. Because if it was only a mole who leaked it, an active security would have helped zeroed in on the culprit within a matter of days. It appears there were holes everywhere that was why it was widespread
