Instead, they empower people who lack the skills, knowledge and broad experience to handle the arduous task of nation building. As Sir Sam Jonah said in his recent address, some of the brightest students are chasing their dreams in foreign lands rather than try to realize them here in Ghana. You now have a situation where there is trial and error in developing solutions and the blind are leading the blind.
