  GNAT's comments of linking the President of Ghana's position to that of WAEC Board is absurd. The General Secretary of GNAT should note that (i) the President of Ghana was elected by Ghanaians whiles the Board of WAEC formed based on appointments
  (ii)The President of Ghana can be impeached when certain constitutional requirements are met. In the case of WAEC Board, it can be dissolved for fairer investigations into circumstances leading to the leakages of exams papers. Leakage of exams papers is a serious matter that needs a serious attention.
  I do not therefore see anything wrong with NAGRAT calling for WAEC Board to be dissolved as their continued stay in office could hinder fair investigations into the leakage.
  I see GNAT's counter position to that of NAGRAT as bitterness and jealousy.
  If GNAT is calling for investigation into those who set and type exam questions then why is that exam papers are not leaked every year. Something more serious might have happened with regards to the leakage and those at the top must pay for it.
  GNAT, please you are teachers so I expect you to do some research before coming out to the public else your credibility will fade and will never resurrect.

  I think that it is unfortunate for GNAT to come out with this statement. What was the reasons and bases for constituent WAEC board ? to earns fat, fat allowances for nothing ? both WAEC GES and WAEC board must be blamed for the leaked exams papers. GNAT should give us a break, if they have nothing better to tell Ghanaians. NAGRAT was on top of the issue.

  The cancellation the papers really hurt us a lot and i hope that waec will not repeat this mistake again.
