  If any youth have the intention of been a serious,selfless, and productive politician,he should look up to Dr.Nduom.i am so impressed by Dr.Nduom exemplary leadership style.This is a politician who has shown he is a patriotic citizen and a true nationalist who put country first before personal interest.Dr.Nduom is an intelligent and innovative business man who worked very hard to make his wealth.This is a stark departure from most Ghanaian politicians who join politics to dubiously amass wealth through corrupt practices.He is talking about the northern Ghana largely deprived and poor.The north in my candid opinion have benefited very little by way of development since the introduction of multiparty democracy besides MPs using constituents as conduits to enrich themselves.The typical attitude of the northern politicians,MPs in particularly is to disappear into oblivion,hardly caring about constituents until campaign or election when they appear with goodies and money to deceive the people into voting them back into parliament.In some constituents in the north maggi cubes and 1 cedi notes have won election for some MPs who capitalized on the ignorance and poverty of their constituents.Most have been deprived of developmental projects like schools,health facilities,portable water,agricultural inputs and adequate transport and communication whiles their MPs live luxurious lives in Accra with fleet of luxury mansions and cars.They have multi-million dollar businesses through politics on the back of neglected constituents living in abject poverty and can hardly afford a meal a day.Some of them have been in parliament for decades ready to use every means possible fair and foul to remain in parliament because it is essentially a highly lucrative business serving the interest of individuals rather than their poor constituents. The dirty nature of our partisan politics provides a fertile ground for greedy and selfish persons to enrich themselves with virtually no accountability to the people who elected these MPs to represent them.The impudence with which some politicians particularly of northern breed show opulence in the midst of abject poverty in a deprived area is excruciatingly shameful.I look forward to the day when voters will be discerning enough to vote based on developmental issues rather than the ignorant,biased routine partisan endorsement at the instant sight of party colours.We should begin to consider competent,selfless men of integrity who are developmentally oriented irrespective of partisan ties.It is an open secret that in some constituencies in the north, a cow dressed in the colours of NDC will easily win an election against a very competent NPP candidate with the vice versa also true for say the Ashanti Region.This kind of colour blind politics doesn't help us at all.It is for this reason politicians are holding as to ransom and taking us for granted.
