  CP payment for no work was 94m Euro.
  
  CP presented a claim that his Anwhiankwanta project was terminated.
  
  The project was never terminated. CP just stopped work when Kufuor came to power.
  
  When Kufuor left he presented a claim based on termination by Kufuor admininstration.
  
  Mills , Mahama and the entire cabinet looked on and Betty Mould approved to pay 94m Euro ---$120m --500m Cedis just like that.
  
  They never consulted the Road authorities. They never consulted Kufuor administration.
  
  Corrupt Goodluck Jonathan is gone.
  
  John Mahama the super corrupt thief is next.

  My brother say again. Ever since this so called university graduates took over the affairs of the police service a lot of bad things have been happening in the police service. Stealing and collecting bribes even on installments have been the practice ever since. Taking furniture meant for police offices are taken to their houses has been the practice. Some even inculcated the habit of giving coupons to taxi drivers to draw petrol meant for police vehicles. Top police officers are reported to be demanding bribes from junior officers for transfers and whatnot. Most of the officers don't care doing some evils and crimes that could easily land them into prisons. Sometimes one wonders if the service instructions that suppose to guide police men in the discharge of their duties work these days. Most of them just don't care. They have killed the spirit and tradition of the service. God save us!

  Government offices and state institutions must put an end to making government look unpopular before the world.
  Until that day, we the people of Ghana must change our attitudes towards the poor and the vulnerable as police administration.
  Our existing prison and conditions have revealed who a criminal is and how our security operatives work.
