Go and see how Prez Mahama of Ghana has transformed Gonjaland with Ghana money just within the two and half years that he has been in power. Every town, village and hamlet in Gonjaland has received a facelift with new facilities such as roads, toilet facilities, markets, mosques, good quality water projects, electricity extension projects, etc. The question is did J. J. Rawlings do the same thing to Voltarians when he was in power for twenty years? What about Atta Mills. The good old Prof was in power for three and a half years yet he was not selfish to only concentrate on his people in Ekumfi Etuam and the central Region but rather his whole thought was for the general good. No wonder under the care of Prez Mills, Ghana achieved a growth rate of 11%, single digit inflation and the smooth implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy where newly recruited police personnel received the nominal equivalence of 500dollars as monthly salary. Compare these achievements to the nepotism and selfish policies of the Mahama government that has crippled the Ghanaian economy. I really weep for Ewes and Fantis whose votes brought Mahama to power and yet are the hardest hit by the current hardship prevailing in the country.

There is little tolerance for such impudence in the ghana poice force. Showing open support for anything grouping besides a particuar politica party coud land u in serious trouble.

Service Enquiries must be put in place to trail him and if he is found guilty then police administration can sack him.

I am commenting from my own personal experience and I want all Ghanaians to take this seriously and tackle this problem with some touch of positivism and nib it in bud.Good crop of good,competent and well trained police officers are being victimized by some unscrupulous police superiors and are taking them out of the service and replacing them with some illtrained and feeble ones. They are now taking money and recruiting anybody at all into the service unlike former prez Rawling' time when former Igp peter nanfuri selected under the undercover investigations by the bni. majority of those police officers have been taking out of the service based on some trivial issues which even deserves minor punishments.Ghana has lost great crop of police officers and it a threat to our national security.I know of one who was victimized by some npp gurus including the fool who hand cuffed during the npp primaries.Our good president should do some about all those who were victimized by npp and replaced by some incompetent ones courtesy their faithful which one was busted recently in the scam. these are the issues Ghanaians should be deliberating on because majority are out there and if they are not strong mentally can join bad companies.

In Democracy you dont have to take a decision by your own, if it is going to infringe somebody right
it has been said time and time again that -present your Argument before court of law and allow the court to decide-.if These procedures are followed and your arguments are strong enough , even the dismissed persons must be asked to pay Money to the court and at the same time the Institution.
why is this democratic process becoming so defficult to be respected?
or is it that the government institutions have no confidence in their own court?
or their conducts to sack or dismisse somebody are so sick and personal to stand the trueth in court of law?
Ghana is a democratic state with laws, so if even you Think there is a good reason to abrogate a contract why cant you let the court decide so that it can even help prevent judgement debt to penalised the state?
my heart bleed for the People of Ghana that their leaders are so sick to make good use of their God given rich resources to better their life.
