After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

The project was never terminated. CP just stopped work when Kufuor came to power.

When Kufuor left he presented a claim based on termination by Kufuor admininstration.

Mills , Mahama and the entire cabinet looked on and Betty Mould approved to pay 94m Euro ---$120m --500m Cedis just like that.

They never consulted the Road authorities. They never consulted Kufuor administration.

Why did it not probe further to find out how the excess money was disbursed? It is now apparent that a big lie has been sold to Ghanaians. President Mahama personally authorized the release and shipment of the whole amount on a Saturday, a non working bank day. He further gave orders for the presidential jet to be used in the ferrying of the money. He should be the first to demand answers from his ministers as to what the almost $1 million dollars was used for. This alone goes to question the truthfulness of the Committee work. Perhaps, the use to which the almost $1 million was applied, could be more revealing.

How soon have they forgotten about what happen to the sports minister a few years ago, who had money stolen from his suitcase on a foreign trip to one of Black Stars matches. That theft did not result in a reform of the carrying cash policy. The $4 million could have been easily electronically transferred to Brazil instead being flown there.Ghana became a laughing stock all over the world because of that one silly episode.
