  We are quick to compute FDI. Have we asked ourselves of the out flow of cash?. If the net flow is negative or zero, what benefit is it to us. This is one of the reasons there is always pressure on the Dollar/ Cedi. Fiscal policies to keep and increase the inflow are what is important.
