And above all he failed his own accountability and probity test. Rawlings is the worst leader GhanaIans have ever seen .The history of what Rawlings did is there and no one in Ghana can ever commit such crime yet thief Koffuor instead of dealing with Rawlings, he (Koffuor )rather rewarded Rawlings with Gold and poor and the needy are struggling to get some to eat. From Raw wings to Rich wings. He still got the feeling to celebrate his killings every year instead of apologising and showing remorse. Yet some still follow this hypocritical JJ Rawlings

you do not kill innocent people to create democracy. Decent and true democracy comes naturally. P/NDCs have never won any election in Ghana. This P/NDC party came to Ghana to put fear and divisions in Ghanaians and by doing this have destroyed Ghana's confidence of voting properly. Since Rawlings came to power in 1979, Ghanaians does not vote on issues but to the tribe they belong to. To me,Rawlings have done nothing to save Ghana's democracy but came to destroy it. These vote riggings and intimidations at voting centres during elections are all a legacy of Rawlings bad regimes
