  The advice of the SEC boss is a very good one,and I believe is common knowledge.It works very well among WHITEMEN.The plain truth is that most of the ideas which become fruitful among WHITES do not succeed among Blacks.Some Black Africans have tried it before and failed due to greed,selfishness,the desire to become rich overnight,the desire to outwit a business partner etc.There are stories of Ghanaian business partners even dying under mysterious circumstances as a result of their partnerships.
