  Mr. Mahama should've waited for the Supreme Court's ruling on the matter before appointing the new EC boss. He shouldn't have panicked and did the wrong thing because he felt the SC might decide against his appointment of the EC boss, which I believe is a real possibility. Those against his appointment of the EC boss have valid and concrete points; since the president is also political player, he should not be allowed to appoint the referee.
  
  No matter the type of cut and paste constitution we may have, I don't believe the framers intended to give undue advantage to one political player over the others. Even though it was written under the Cuban-style communist dictatorship that wanted to control every institution and twisted the neck of Article 70(2) and Article 91(3) to appoint the first EC chairman in order to perpetuate his rule, it does not mean that we should allow the undemocratic procedure to continue indefinitely.

The person with the backing of the NPP who sent that THING are all ignorant and confused about the constitution and intead of asking their brilluant class mates of law who did not buy certificates, they rush to present that USELESS thing to SC. What do they take the SC for, a place for jokes?
  You and your half baked lawyers should know that Ghana has no time for stupid jokes. Who even said the SC will even touch the petition, let alone open a page of it? Lazy and confused people thinking business if the nation is like family litigation. Get lost! Burn the sea!

I pray that you let them vote this USELESS and CLUELESS GOVERNMENT out. Let those who these FOOLISH VOTERS envy because they are prospering as a result of which they vote foolishly so that they will be equal with them prosper even more. Father let those who are sympathetic to these USELESS VOTERS stop giving them money when they come begging, so that they will realize 'Ghana is hard', and vote wisely this time round.   It is only an ignorant person who will think that because someone is seeking interpretation as to the appointment of the EC chair at the supreme court that prevents the president from going ahead to name the person . If specifically the complainant sought an injunction preventing the president from naming a commisioner till the law is interprated as one of the reliefs then that argument is valid . And I think the constitution is very clear on this case.there is no ambiguity whatsoever .

She has the power to see to it that things are done right!
  
  So for this bogus man trying to tell Ghanaians that there won't be any impact or difference with a new EC boss is insulting. If Mrs. Charllotte Osei can't make a difference, then why was she appointed or why the need for an EC boss? Stop this crazy utterances and begin to reason up.
