For your sake, he also won African Player of the Year 1989, 1994, and 1995.

What's your point in criticizing 'Tornado' Stephen Appiah for being the best captain the Black Stars have had. Captaincy isn't only about winning trophies. It's also about other qualities like comportment, motivation, team building, synergy, intelligence, vision, diplomacy, humility, appreciation, and above all RESPECT, RESPECT, RESPECT...... Capito had them all.

Yes, Abedi was a great player and a wonderful captain, but... Respect and Humility ?? And did he lead us to the World Cup??
