  Mr. Mahama and the NDC are not interested in priorities that would ease the suffering of Ghanaians; they are interested in prestigious signature projects for the enjoyment of few ruling elites in order to deceive gullible voters, regardless of whether the inflated projects are priorities and value for money or not. Does the NDC government think, despite the massive corruption, they can borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, when the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger and over taxed?
  Governance under the NDC government is about deceit and 'opium of the people'; they enjoy everything here on earth but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven. And as they ask us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they've already loosened theirs for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they asked us to wait for a paradise in three more years. The truth is that, everything they promise is a mirage and we will never find comfort under them because; they are con-men with con plans.

  Good reason to settle the judgement debt quickly to avoid interest cost. But the use of illegal and unethical means is not acceptable. This is a breach of the procurement. Spio should manage his apparent arrogance.

  Again Hannah Tetteh disobeyed the president and nothing happened; no sanctions. These prove that Atta Mills was a lame duck president who was not in charge of the affairs of the country. These are dangerous times for the security of Ghana politically, financially and socially; even Mahama himself is not in charge of what goes on ; that is why he is not able to punish any of his ministers caught stealing - Afriyie Ankrah was promoted to the presidency instead of sacking him for mishandling world cup finances.

  BOth NPP and NDC are killing Ghanaians. Why did NPP administration award the contract to BANKSWITCH knowing very well that there was a company already in Ghana rendering similar services to the state. And why didn't the NPP Administrion seek parliamentary aproval before signing the agreement.
  Likewise, why didnt NDC ADMINISTRATION also do due diligence to prevent judgement debt issues pertaining to the case. Those who were to defend the case too refused to do so.
  THIS IS AN UNNECESARY DEBT which could be prevented. Ghanaians, stop following these 2 parties. ENOUGH OF THIS NPP NDC MANTRA. GHANAIANS ARE DYING UNDER THE ACTIVITIES OF THESE 2 USELESS PARTIES.

  Bankswitch contract unapproved by parliament during Kuffour's tenure so has to be cancelled at any cost to the nation? No one actually tells us how would have cost Ghana had it not been cancelled compared to debts aftermath of the cancellation. What about the grievous negligence on the part of AG in handling the case to the extent of not properly defending Ghana in courts? Where at all is Ghana heading to?

  I wonder why with the many hacks in Ghana boasting of their law degrees and law practices there are none competent to defend Ghana on international stage where tribe and or political party standing are not required but skills? Next time NPP or NDC wing nuts talk about some intellectual prowess they should be mindful of the nation's dependence on foreign law firms to defend us against these companies that come into profit and prominence because of favored contracts with government administrations. Some 20+ years ago I suggested to a Legon law school lecturer to engage 3rd and final year students in moot court system to develop and polish courtroom skills of graduating students or better yet ask for students to participate in legal aid work; I got no where because it was not the Ghana way.In Ghana university graduates sit in A/C offices without a thing to do but boss the uneducated and the undereducated around.
