  Ghana is just a wonderful country. Marking of the papers taken should be well monitored too. Markers should not be allowed to take scripts home. They should even not be allowed to know the schools whose scripts they will grade until they get "quarantined' at the centers.
  Which is better at it? Ghana or Nigeria?

  Well,while those who are in the high institutions will just pay money or some just open their legs to get their diplomas or degrees we have now turn the basic examination centers to military zones because of leakages that has been there forever as if the security officials are so perfect that nothing can go wrong.
  
  Who supervise the security official,are we going to ask teachers too to supervise recruitment in the police and security services since they also have their part of the fraud?

  Hey,your headline/ title suggests the exam is ongoing (present). Rewrite it to mean future. It should read ;"National security officials to invigilate BECE resist".
