  So called labour expert thinks that all the doctors are the same.
  You will have to negotiate for more than 20 categories of doctors.
  There will be a lot of copy cat work by others on the industrial front

SHOULD BE STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH DOCTORS, THE GOVT, SHOULD MAKE THE DOCTORS SEE REASON AS TO WHAT IS FINANCIALLY POSSIBLE , I ADVICE THE GOVT, TO TRAIN MORE DOCTORS UNDER NEW CODE OF ETHICS, AND RULES , AND IN THE INTERIM ASK OR DOCTORS FROM CUBA ETC. IF THE PRESENT CROP WILL NOT SEE REASON, EDUCATE THE NATION ABOUT THE DECISION TAKEN, WE ALL BITE THE BULLET , ( JESUS IS THE REAL DOCTOR) . AND LET THEM GO WHERE EVER THEY WISH. AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM ONCE AND FOR ALL. THE HERBAL AND NATIVE DOCTORS SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED . WE HAVE TO GO FOR BROKE TO STOP THESE INCESSANT BLACK MAIL!!

  I have always said that whatever subsidy govt puts on educating doctors in this country must be removed so that when you fully pay for your education as others have been doing, then you can make such stupid demands. If they were paying full cost, some of their leaders will NEVER HAVE BEEN DOCTORS

Why resign enmass The dirty politics is too much , instead of upgrading themselves they always have this fixation on this needless tribal politics , check from the banks and find out how long it takes to conclude their condition of service but you seldom hear from them but the GMA threats , ultimatums and above all blackmails ain't we tired of them ?

  THE BEST SOLUTION IS TO ALLOW THEM TO RESIGN AND THEN TO REVOKE THEIR LEICENSE TO PRACTICE IN GHANA. WE ARE FED UP WITH THESE SELFISH INADEQUATE GROUP ALWAYS TRYING TO HOLD THE COUNTRY TO RANSOM
