Try next time to learn not to call people dirty people,I believe if a whiteman calls you a dirty man you will not like it,Pokuase itself is not different from a slum,the town itself is there and speaks for itself unless you don't know Pokuase,the Pokuase we know for decades has not been demolished for new buildings,it is still a tiny village there.

Why is is that University of Ghana has its agric station at far away Kpong but not in Pokuase,do you know what they do in a place called Kpong-Tamale near Tamale and Nyankpala also known near Tamale,what about our agric schools such as Ohawu and others,do you think they don't do research work at those stations?

For a govt that does not even believe in the contribution of education to the development of a country, it will be a very difficult subject for it to understand the contribution of science, research and development to the economy and the growth of this country.
As a govt which knows what it is about, you don't walk to a research station and tell them they should give you a portion of their land for resettlement purposes. It takes a certain deficit of a very special kind for a govt to make such a request.
And this is a govt that would say, we don't see what science, research and development has contributed to the economy of the country.
This is not something that any serious govt should even consider. Indeed, it should not cross the mind of any serious govt. It should be last thing, the very last thing that should ever be on the minds of any govt, that it is going to appropriate research based stations for scientific purposes for human settlement. Why did Ghana go so wrong?
The recklessness of propaganda has gone and come back full circle. When the previous NPP govt took the positive steps to address this issue at Adginkotoku, it was thwarted by this same NDC govt and the land didn't belong to a research outfit in the country.
The resettlement of residents of Old Fadama if it should take place, should not be on research lands in this country. The AMA led by Vanderpuye, it's lawyer, Tony Lithur, the Regional Min Afotey Agbo, and John Mahama should go back to the AMA, look at the survey and mapping and zoning of Accra and look for a place outside of the vicinity of research stations and develop for resettlement of residents of Old Fadama.
