  Please note that it's will be very difficult, if not impossible to go back on existing contracts. If we as a country are convienced that PSA is more rewarding than Tax & Royalty, then subsequent oil & gas contracts should reflect that. The oil & gas EP industry has just started in Ghana and there is a lot of scope to get it right going forward. It's also worth noting that a good contract is not only based on the monetory reward but also it's attractiveness to the potential investor, especially in the era of keen competetion for capital.
