BECE leaks because parents want their children to attend only a few of the over 600 secondary (high) schools in the country such as PRESEC-LEGON, Wesley Girls, Abuakwa State College, Aburi Girls, St. Roses, Mfantsipim and Achimota making entrance to these few schools most competitive. They also believe that some schools cheat so they have to do something to level the playing field. Schools and parents contribute money to solve this problem compromising exams security. There are many prominent citizens who did don attend these schools.

The availability of these numbers to the public will serve as searchlights on the police. This will scare those police who have conscience.
We'll not make any headway in stopping this canker, if this channel of communication is not created and made available to the public.

The DSP is a big liar because I has never been there to bail a person without paying. if a unit of that sort exist, make their available i will personally give you some of your guys who did that.

To make your statement works genuinely, I suggest you instruct all police personal to put their names and identification number on theirs uniform. Also please, provide us with free phone number that one can call and make a complain. It will be helpful if that number will be advertise on the radio and can also been seen behind the office at every police station. Stopping corruption is just simple if people have confidence of whom they report them to. If people don't believe that any action will be taken when they complain, then they don't even bother to waste their time to complain. Nobody has confidence In the police anymore, hence, the country on its kneels. If any nation has to progress, it is the police obligation of the police. The police are the gangs of the
government of the day. They are to ensure that law and order are up hold, however if they are corrupt, and also brutalise the same people that they have to protect then what is the essence of them being around?

This only happens in a broken society, if the police who are there to protect the citizens are collecting bribes from them. Its always the word of the accuser against that of the accused. The victims are under pressure, desperate, vulnerable and will comply with whatever it takes to get their people out. Therefore the police need do more to stop their officers extorting money from the public. No wonder they are down as the most corrupt institution in Ghana.

"He who said the Police can stop talking bribe is not telling the gospel truth. Indirectly, they will not ask for anything but they will frustrate you. Some of their actions are delays, not showing comment and a whole lot , which will compelled you to give them some money in order to for stall your peace. I pray that the Police Administration could enforce this law to make it easier for the public to have more respect for the police. Good job by the Police Administration which is led by IGP.
